Admiral’s Cup

Admiral’s Cup is located in Annapolis, Maryland, at City Dock. Developed in collaboration with Atlas Restaurant Group, the project occupies the restored Stevens Hardware building at 142 Dock Street. The historic first and second floors have been transformed into a two-story tavern with bars on both levels, creating a waterfront destination for dining, drinks, and live music. The design preserves the building’s character while introducing a functional, contemporary layout suited for an active hospitality setting.
