Downtown Partnership of Baltimore

Downtown Partnership's Corporate office is located in Baltimore City. The 6 month project included demolition and completion of floors 2,5 & 6. The 2nd floor build out consisted of locker rooms and work staff offices. The 5th floor was a build out for an employee cafe, finance and administration offices. The 6th floor included executive offices, a kitchenette and a large board room with glass Nello walls.
