Grey Ghost

Grey Ghost is located in Remington and the 50,000 square foot building was in need of significant repair from roof to the floor levels prior to undergoing major construction. This included everything from infilling newly cut window penetrations to re-working plumbing rough-in locations. Given the urban infill location, there was a lot of communication with the neighbors and community leaders. Currently, four tenants occupy the space, ranging from Johns Hopkins Tech Ventures’ Incubator Fast Forward and Whiting School of Engineering, to Twenty20 Cycling Co and a CrossFit studio. The development project is directly across the street from R. House, which houses 11 food stalls and Remington Row's retail and apartment space.
