Maryland Office of the Public Defender

The Maryland Office of the Public Defender moved several of its units to 201 N. Charles St. in downtown Baltimore. J C Porter completed construction on floors 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, making up a total of 38,000 SF. Three circuit court units and the administration were consolidated in the same building to improve collaboration and client service.
