The Hall

J C Porter served as construction manager for Chesapeake Realty Partners, the developer of the The Hall project in College Park at the University of Maryland. We performed core and shell renovation of the building. The space features a large dining hall, restaurant, music venue and performance spaces in the University's new "Discovery District."
