City House 6 East Eager

Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Mid-Town/Mt. Vernon neighborhood, City House 6 E. Eager is a completely renovated early 20th century Greystone mansion. It was originally a family home named Marburg House. The home underwent a major historic renovation and was converted into high-end office space. The project features all new MEPs and specialty artisans focused on the refurbishment of wood, marble, windows and plaster. Significant architectural improvements were made to solidify the property as a unique Class A office space.
